Established in 2002, Lakeland Senior Softball provides organized recreational softball for men age 55+ and women age 50+. The league offers a structured season each January–April, followed by open pickup games throughout the remainder of the year.
Our mission is to promote active living, friendly competition, and a positive environment for players of all skill levels. Games are held at the Southwest Complex in Lakeland, Florida, with an emphasis on safety, fairness, and good sportsmanship.
Players, snowbirds, and newcomers are welcome to join us on the field.
