🥎07.13.26 Bingle and Callahan's Long Ball Clinic

We had three teams today, which probably means The Estates rolled in with their food truck again. Amazing what a good sandwich can do for attendance. This game started like a full‑blown hitting clinic — all three teams dropped 5 runs in the first inning, like they coordinated it in the parking lot.

 Visitors: They came out swinging:

5 runs in the 1st
4 runs in the 2nd
Looking like they were about to rewrite the record books…
…and then suddenly decided they’d done enough for the day.
They only added 4 more runs the rest of the game for a total of 13.

 Middle Team: Started with 5 runs in the 1st, then only 1 run in the 2nd, giving everyone the impression they were cooling off.

But NOPE.

They then delivered 5 runs in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, AND 6th, like a slow‑burning forest fire that finally hit full blaze.

Everyone on the Middle team scored at least once.
Dipietro and Atkins put up 3 each, Ralph and Jeff Bingle dropped 4 each, and Jeff launched one WAAAY out of the park — like “check the next zip code” out.

Karl Callahan from the Middle Team said, “I can do that too,” and hit one WAAAY out as well. Must’ve been the food truck carbs.

 Home Team: Started with 5 in the 1st, then took a scenic detour through the 2nd and 3rd with zero runs, regrouped for 3 in the 4th, 1 in the 5th, and then made a heroic 6‑run comeback in the 6th to snag second place.

 Final: Visitors: 13, Middle: 26, Home: 15

Middle team didn’t just win — they ran a marathon of scoring while everyone else stopped for snacks.
